What we do
You describe the circumstances. We separate the main question from secondary details, clarify the facts and look at which requirements may apply to your situation.
After the consultation we explain where possible risks sit and which practical step it makes sense to take next. If documents are needed for an answer, we record exactly what should be provided.
What the client needs to provide
The more precise the facts, the more specific the review.
- Briefly describe the situation, the parties and the purpose of the request.
- Say what stage the transaction or the question has reached.
- Provide the documents and correspondence that belong to the situation, if you already have them.
What the client receives
A consultation gives you a bearing on your situation, not a universal answer for every case.
- A clear explanation of which circumstances and requirements matter.
- An outline of possible risks that can already be seen from the situation described.
- A formulation of the next practical step — including whether further work on the documents is needed.
